Accessing the website and server log files

Each time this website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, date and time of access, and the IP address. This data is used for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, on servers located in Germany. The provider processes the aforementioned log data on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Configurator and logo upload

Our configurator detects the colours of your logo directly in your browser. The uploaded image is not transmitted to us but is processed exclusively locally on your device.

Your selection (colours, style, sector) is stored only temporarily in your browser’s memory (session storage) to display the flow of the configurator. This information is deleted when you close the browser tab and is not transmitted to us.

Enquiry via the form

When you request a no-obligation quote via the form, we process the data you provide (name, email address or phone number, business, and optional details such as team size and preferred callback time) together with your concept selection, in order to handle your enquiry and provide you with a quote.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We store this data until your enquiry has been conclusively handled or for as long as statutory retention obligations require.

Disclosure of data

Your personal data is only disclosed to third parties where this is necessary to handle your enquiry, you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and integrates no third-party tracking services. Only technically necessary storage mechanisms (session storage) are used for the operation of the configurator.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf. You may also contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence.
